JUDGE ROBINSON: As is evident, the accused is not present. We received information a short while ago from the Detention Unit that the accused is indisposed and is not in a position to attend court today. We expect to have a medical report within the next three or four hours, and the parties will be kept abreast of the situation. Is there any matter that anyone would wish to raise? Otherwise, we'll adjourn.
