A fax discovered by the Swiss secret services proves that the CIA had secret prisons in Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Kosovo and Macedonia, the [Swiss] tabloid SonntagsBlick reports.

According to the newspaper, the fax was discovered by the Swiss intelligence service through a satellite system, after it was sent from Cairo to the Egyptian embassy in London.

Swiss Assembly Deputy Dick Marty heads the Council of Europe investigation into the secret prisons in Europe.

If the findings prove true, then the abovementioned countries including Macedonia were not telling the truth about the secret prisons in Europe, the Swiss newspaper SonntagsBlick says.
