SARAJEVO Bosnia-Herzegovina - Bosnia's Prime Minister says the head of the government's anti-crime unit has been arrested on suspicion participating in organized crime rather than fighting it.

Prime Minister Nikola Spiric says Vjekoslav Vukovic, head of the department for fighting organized crime and terrorism, was arrested Friday in Croatia for allegedly helping plan the car bombing of two leaders of a rival criminal organization. Croatian police foiled the plan and the bombing never took place.

Vukovic has dual Bosnian and Croatian citizenship.

Spiric told reporters Monday that the episode sent a bad message about Bosnia.
