Musliu
to join ANA in terrorism campaign
Beta - March 11, 2003
BELGRADE -- Tuesday – Shefket Musliu, former
Commander of the Liberation army of Presveo, Bujanovac and Medvedia, is planning
to join forces with the illegal Albanian National Army to plan and carry out
terrorist operations.
The plans, which include the assassinations of two policemen in southern Serbia,
were reported by Radio Television Serbia this morning, quoting sources within
the State Coordination team.
According to RTS, Musliu held a clandestine meeting with eight ANA members last
night in Kosovo, at which time they agreed to commence with terrorist operations
in southern Serbia, beginning with the killings of two policemen before 15
March.
ANA, who claimed two men shot dead by police in Southern Serbia on Friday were
members of its terror outfit, have recently urged all Albanians to quit the
multiethnic police forces in both southern Serbia and Macedonia, warning that
they will not distinguish between members of the police.
