SPATE OF BLASTS ROCK KOSOVO'S

A powerful explosion was heard in the vicinity of the Podujevo municipal
assembly during the night (25-26 July), which caused material damage but there
were no casualties. The international police in Kosovo did not disclose any
other details about the incident. (Passage omitted)
Another explosion was heard this morning in the centre of Pristina, close to the
offices of the Albanian party - the Alliance for Kosovo's Future. According to
the initial reports, there were no casualties in this attack. Information about
any possible culprits is still not available. This is a third blast in Pristina
in the past week.
