PRIZREN , Jan 7 (Tanjug) - The remaining 60 Serbs in Prizren celebrated
Orthodox Christmas on Tuesday in their homes and within the compound of the
headquarters of the Eparchy of Raska and Prizren in UN-administered Kosovo and
Metohija province.
"We celebrated Christmas Eve quietly in the Eparchy of Raska and Prizren. There
were only four of us," priest Aleksandar Nespalic said today, adding that more
people attended morning liturgy, about 20 of them.
The Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) and its followers at home and abroad are
celebrating Christmas on Tuesday - the joyfullest holiday when Christians all
over the world celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.
SPC Patriarch Pavle served holy liturgy at the St Sava Cathedral on Vracar Hill
in central Belgrade today.
