Explosive device goes off in divided Kosovo
town, no injuries reported

Kosovska Mitrovica, 3 October: A strong explosion caused by a hand grenade was
heard in the Bosniak mahala, an ethnically mixed part of the northern Kosovska
Mitrovica, shortly before 2300 2100 gmt .
The explosion took place in Cara Dusana Street in the close vicinity of a house
owned by Milorad Nestorovic.
Nobody was injured and UN police and Kfor NATO-led Kosovo Force are
investigating the scene after it was reported.
The explosion upset the citizens of the northern part of Kosovska Mitrovica who
gathered in this street.

Bomb on Serbian house

Kosovska Mitrovica - Spokesman of Kosovo Police Service, Predrag Vasovic
confirmed to Tanjug News Agency that a bomb was thrown on a Serbian house in
northern part of Kosovoska Mitrovica at 22.45 the day before yesterday. As
Tanjug finds out the bomb exploded in a yard of Milorad Nestorovic.
In this incident that happened in Bosniancs Mahala with major Albanian
population. Nobody was hurt and only minor material damage was made. The
investigation is in the course.
