Rumors that the Albanian leadership in Kosovo "bought" the final plan of Marti
Ahtisaari, which proposes Kosovo’s independence from Serbia, have been
corroborated by a report from the German intelligence service (BND), which was
forwarded to the UN Secretary-General, Ban Ki Moon.
The intelligence service discovered that the sum of 2-million Euros was
transferred to Ahtisaari’s personal account, and that on several previous
occasions cash, estimated at 40-million Euros, was paid.
“Fokus” has learned that the BND Brigadier Luke Nieman was directly appointed by
the German government to designate part of the German Secret Service apparatus
to the United Nations Mission in Kosovo, after Ban Ki-moon was informed about
the corruption of Special Envoy Ahtisaari.
After being dispatched to Kosovo, BND agents discovered clear and active
communications between the leadership of the Albanian mafia, their intermediary,
and Marti Ahtisaari.
According to the agents' evidence, several calls to Ahtisaari were made from
numbers belonging to Albanian millionaire Behgjet Pacolli.
The subject of the calls was an unidentified cash transaction in the amount of
two million euros from a Swiss bank in Basle, from account number
239700-93457-00097, created as an offshore account under the code XS52-KOLER,
whose owner Exhet Boria, is the right hand man of the leader of the Albanian
mafia, to account number 3459346699004533, with the code VOLANND, at the Bank of
Cyprus.
In order to transfer funds between these accounts, it was enough to simply state
the code names and the money would be transferred.
BND agents noted that on February 12th this year, at 6:23 AM, a jeep with
registration plate PR-443-22CD, belonging to the [provisional] Albanian government, arrived in
front of the building where UN Special Envoy, Marti Ahtisaari was staying.
Two men got out of the jeep with two silver suitcases, confirmed by a source
inside the building as having been full of cash and given to Ahtisaari.
A similar event occurred twelve days later at 5:44 PM when Exhet Boria, driving
a black Mercedes without registration plates, arrived in the company of two
bodyguards to deliver another two suitcases, containing millions of Euros, to
Ahtisaari.
The agents found that all four suitcases, which were marked with diplomatic tags
to avoid inspection in Finland, ended up at Marti Ahtisaari’s home address.
Everything for Independence
On the last day of February, at 11:47 PM, a KFOR jeep brought two young women
and one of Boria’s bodyguards to Ahtisaari.
The women were with him until 5:17 AM the next morning when, the BND agents
noted, they departed in the same vehicle.
