SERBIAN POLICE PATROL ATTACKED NEAR BORDER WITH KOSOVO

Medvedja, 9 February: A Serbian police patrol was attacked last night near the village of Svirce in the municipality of Medvedja, FoNet (news agency) has learnt from police sources. The police came under fire from the territory of Kosovo-Metohija while patrolling in the Sviracka Kosa location near the administrative border with Kosovo-Metohija. The police responded to the attack.

No-one was injured in the incident, which will be investigated today.
