"POWERFUL" BLAST REPORTED IN PRIZREN, KOSOVO - CROATIAN REPORT

Pristina, 22 April: A powerful explosion in the night between Thursday and Friday in the centre of Prizren in southern Kosovo completely destroyed a shoe repair shop, while damaging a dozen nearby shops, the Kosovo police force in Prizren reported on Friday, adding that no-one had been hurt or killed.

The Prizren police have launched an investigation, but there has been no information so far about the motives or possible suspects.

Last week, the central Pristina headquarters of the opposition political party Ora - headed by Veton Surroi - was the target of a bomb attack. Police are still searching for the perpetrators of this explosion.
