SERBIA AND MONTENEGRO: WARRANT ISSUED FOR ARREST OF ALBANIAN LEADER

Interpol has issued an international arrest warrant for the alleged leader of a shadowy ethnic Albanian group that has been placed on a list of terrorist organisations by the UN mission in Kosovo. Serbia accuses Shefket Musliu, 40, of heading the group.
