UN SC to reject decision on Kosovo, if contradicts int'l law - FM

BISHKEK, July 9 (Itar-Tass) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Monday any decision on Kosovo’s status should meet the interests of the parties involved.

“A decision on Kosovo’s future status should be taken in compliance with the international law and not be dictated by any schemes,” he said.

“There should not be any other decision, otherwise it cannot be passed in the UN Security Council,” Lavrov said.
