Remains of Kosovo Serbs killed in 1998-99 handed over to families in Serbia

Text of report by Serbia-Montenegrin radio Kontakt Plus on 28 October
Announcer The remains of three Kosovo Serbs killed in the province in 1998 and
1999 were handed over to their families at Merdare administrative border
crossing with Serbia today, pathologist Slavisa Dobricanin, the chief of
Coordination Centre for Kosovo-Metohija Office for Exhumation and Post Mortem,
has told our radio.
Dobricanin Vlahovic Milka surname listed first from Ratise, and Radorovic
Zdravko also from Ratise, these are the persons who were killed in that area of
Ratise in 1998. Their remains were found in a ditch near Radovicko Lake. Also,
we have Dajic Radovan from Vrbovec near Vitina. He was abducted in Dobrocin
village in July 1999.
Those remains found near Radovicko Lake were buried as unidentified persons in
(?Piskoki) cemetery near Djakovica, whereas Dajic was buried at Dragodan II
cemetery near Pristina.
Announcer The representatives of the Office for Exhumation and Post Mortem at
the Coordination Centre for Kosovo-Metohija will continue their work next week,
its chief has said, but the details regarding these activities have not yet been
revealed.
