Croatia received Serbian
weapons from UN

Zagreb, 10:05 - Croatian
security forces used Serbian artillery during the operation Storm. The weapons,
along with plans disclosing the sites where Serbian forces had been stationed,
were brought from UN-protected zone, Zagreb's daily Vecernji List reported.
The local daily says such claims indicate involvement of military and
intelligence officials from Western countries in the operation Storm.
"Three 130-mm artillery weapons, left by former Yugoslav Army (JNA) and Kraina's
Serb forces, kept by UN troops, had been brought to UNPA zone shortly before the
launch of operation Storm, unnamed officer of Croatian Defense Council (HVO)
said.
The paper says the defense of Croatian wartime commander Ante Gotovina will
probably base on such conclusions. /end/
