Since my arrest until today, none of my messages sent to the Head Committee of SPS have been accepted, not to speak about the direct cooperation of the individuals from the top of the Party in my arrest and delivery to The Hague.

Shortly after I appeared in The Hague, I have warned the Head Committee in direct address by phone about the Fifth Column led (that time) by B. Ivkovic, demanding that they should be immediately expelled from SPS. Even that was not accepted, with the explanation that I have been uninformed.

With the same explanation of my that time being "uninformed", a vicious, coward attack from the "top" of SPS has followed, lasting until now.

Today, everyone in Serbia is well aware that I have not been uninformed:

Obviously and in front of the public, the puppet government in Serbia has survived exactly with the help of the votes of that Fifth Column in the Parliament of Serbia.

This year, under the influence of the other assistants of the Quisling government at the top of SPS, the Head Committee refuted the policy of the people's unity and in presidential elections, despite my warnings, again made a big favor to DOS, followed by further, final compromitation of SPS, dissolution of the block of left and patriotic forces and constant sabotage of any activity related to this struggle at The Hague.

The group that directs the activity of the SPS Head Committee has exposed itself in front of every citizen in Serbia who has eyes and ears - as obedient servant of the servants of our enemies. Of the enemies of our country and people.

Now, under the auspices of the regime, they prepare a certain Congress of SPS (for which they have also used a fraud - that they work with my consent) aimed to change substantially the character of SPS, in fact to liquidate the SPS as a party of left and patriotic forces, being the main obstacle for the break-up of Serbia and for stepping on the national dignity.

But the policies and every practical activity of SPS can not be imagined without clear commitments concerning the state and national interests and the necessity of the people's unity for the downing of the puppet regime in Serbia.

I write this letter for a single reason - that nobody in SPS can claim that he was uninformed about the real intentions of the actual "top" of the party.

Meaning as well that those who join the party of Minic and Dacic should clearly understand the weight of the act of treason they take part in.

I am writing, as well, to make impossible any manipulation with my name.

I don't have a slightest doubt about their sincere wish that I should be President of SPS in prison and they should lead the Party in the way opposite to the policy I struggle for. To conduct policy which would follow the orders of the bosses of the present puppet regime. Against Serbia.

Therefore: Regarding the policy of people's unity in the interest of Serbia there could be no compromise. Also, there could be no compromise regarding my demand to expel the Fifth Column out of SPS. Until the last one. To finish it formally, since they are in fact already a part of the puppet structure to which they serve.

Everyone who participates in the dirty work of the groups around Minic and Dacic can not be any longer considered as member of SPS.

I know that their reaction will be of bureaucratic character as they themselves are. Their reaction will be: It is against the Statute. I have expelled them in an unstatutary way.

I am telling them: Gentlemen and former comrades, I invite you expel me in a statutary way!

We are certainly not at the same side. Fortunately.

The Party has to be freed from such creatures and to protect its face before the people to whom we respond.

None of their show votings in any forum, can not change this resolute stance of mine. No compromise.

To all citizens, to everyone who supports the struggle for freedom, to all fighters for Free Serbia I wish all luck in the New Year.

I see from newspapers that they intend to elect me as President of SPS in that "congress", for which they have consulted me neither about the call, nor about the documents, and simply - about nothing.

In fact, in their "congress" they perform the same manipulation as Ivkovic made in his "congress" by electing me as honorary president without my knowledge and my will.

For me, to accept such a manipulation would be the same as to recognize this false court at The Hague.

Members and organs of SPS should know that I have no relation neither with their "congress" nor with the party of Minic and Dacic.

And to be perfectly clear: I do not allow them to use my name. I do not allow that under my name they conduct the policy I struggle against.

To all those, who in spite of my warnings, turn back and go into the party of Minic and Dacic, I wish bon voyage. But without me.

To the consequent members of SPS and to all patriotic forces and citizens of Serbia I wish success in the struggle for Freedom.
