Police vehicle attacked in Kosovo

Pristina: A police vehicle with four Serb policemen has been attacked and hit by
several shots near the town of Doganovic on the Urosevac-Strpce road [in
southern Kosovo, near the border with Macedonia]. No-one was injured in the
accident.
The Kosovo Police Service's (KPS) official vehicle was returning last night from
the Djeneral Jankovic border crossing.
Four KPS members of the Serbian nationality, who work at the border crossing,
were in the vehicle.
The attack occurred only four kilometres from the place where two Serb youths
were killed on 27 August.
According to the media, the police and Kfor [Kosovo Force] members inspected the
area.
