Bomb thrown at Kosovo Serb houses

Pristina, 2 December: An unknown perpetrator threw an explosive device in
between two Serb houses in the village of Malo Rudare near Zvecan this evening.
There were no casualties.
The explosive device was thrown in between the houses of Djuro Markovic and
Vladimir Antosijevic and left a crater, the Belgrade media have reported.
The houses sustained material damage, the front [of the houses] was damaged and
the glass on the windows shattered. The incident was reported to the Kosovo
Police Service who carried out an investigation.
According to eyewitnesses, the attacker proceeded in a vehicle in the direction
of the [ethnic] Albanian villages of Lipa and Boljetin.
The incident has caused fear and anxiety amongst the small number of Serbs in
the village of Malo Rudare. [Passage omitted]
