EDITORIAL COMMENT:

It seems that the true fascist nature of the Islamists on the Balkan peninsula is being exposed in all of its hideous glory.

According to Bosnian Islamofascist propaganda, the terror campaign being conducted against the (Christian) Serbs by the (Muslim) Albanians, is the result of a Serb conspiracy. Of course for such a conspiracy theory to hold water you would have to be stupid enough to believe that the Serbs are secretly hypnotizing the Albanians in order to get the otherwise "peaceful" Albanians to murder Serbs, and torch Serbian schools, hospitals and churches.

Because they apparently are stupid enough to believe in such an insane conspiracy theory, the Islamic fascists demand that "
a hawthorn stake is finally driven through the chest of the Satan (i.e. the Christian Serbs)."

What follows is the unedited text of a Bosnian Muslim radio report, as relayed by the BBC Monitoring Service.

Bosnian Islamic radio says Kosovo issue can only be resolved by force
Radio Naba (Bosnian Muslim) - March 18, 2004, Thursday

Excerpt from commentary by Bosnian private Islamic station Radio Naba web site on 18 March

Commentator Kosovo was on fire last night. The number of houses on fire, and killed and injured people on both sides, promises that this will not remain an isolated incident. The Kosovo problem is yet another ungainly experiment of the international community, which did not take the right stance in this case either, leaving sufficient room for all kinds of nationalist excesses and politicization of the whole situation. Things were working to an extent as long as there were attempts to resolve problems in a peaceful and political way. However, as of yesterday things slipped out of control and the increased discontent on both sides has literally exploded.

Due to the presence of international forces, the official authorities of Serbia and Montenegro are not able to react as in the past by deploying the army to a critical area with a mission to protect Serb civilians. This is because the area is considered to be the area of responsibility of the UNMIK forces and, as such, directly controlled by the UN. However, as has been the case before, these forces are neither prepared nor trained to respond to these extreme situations where force and ethnic charge create social chaos verging on a total civil conflict at any time, with certain incalculable consequences.

However, it is incredible how to an objective outside observer everything seen in Serbia and Kosovo yesterday and last night may seem as a well-thought-out plan for the final resolution of the unresolved Kosovo issue. As hundreds of plans before, the plan has been prepared in the kitchen of high Serb intellectual quarters, with direct perpetrators embodied in the new, very extreme Serbian government headed by new Serbian premier Vojislav Kostunica. All this looks like a good attempt at a Blitzkrieg to one's own advantage in order to capture and control of territory while the others are trying to work out what is happening.

Nevertheless, they may have been a bit surprised by the Albanian reaction because they Albanians are no longer to be sneezed at either. Their forces that see the only way out in Kosovo's secession from Serbia had their hands untied yesterday and last night to purge Serbs from Kosovo through revenge and continued bloodshed and the burning of Serb houses, and thus in physical terms take the best possible positions for possible further negotiations on peace and stability in the region.

Strange and by no means accidental seems the reaction in inland Serbia, especially in major urban centres such as Nis and Belgrade, where the Nis and Belgrade mosques were set on fire in response to Kosovo events. This spontaneous gathering of Serb people is already known and after Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia-Hercegovina this scenario is finally being applied in Serbia proper, although there - at least in Nis and Belgrade - they are predominant and this setting mosques on fire was certainly not difficult to do.

But the message they have sent to the whole world, and especially Muslims, in this way is clear and unequivocal: Serbia has not got over child diseases of national maturation yet or it has matured so much in this national exuberance that no-one in its neighbourhood is able to understand it. Neither is commendable. Neither promises any rights for the others and the different non-Serb in Serbia. The call of the Kosovo myth and the fight for a pure Serb land - mostly against, as they like to put it, Turks - is being continued today, following a host of Serbian democratic transformations.

Until the Kosovo issue is finally resolved through force and blood, until a new Kosovo battle takes place, until the final blow is dealt to the idea of a greater and pure Serbia, there will be no peace. Examples that some things can be resolved only in this way are there in Afghanistan and Iraq as well. If the problems there had to be solved through military means and the evil quelled through inappropriate or appropriate use of force, why could not this be done in Kosovo as well? War and killing is not only an invention of the past - it is one of the most modern and sophisticated methods of today's civilized world too in the process of correcting the disobedient.

This is why all the ghosts of Kosovo's past should urgently be invoked and all the myths finally drowned in blood, because that is how they came about in the first place. They will not leave the region in peace until a hawthorn stake is finally driven through the chest of the Satan. Until this happens, both houses and mosques will burn, both children and adults will be killed. It is only proper and it is time to stop this as soon as possible. Through another Kosovo battle, if necessary.
