PRISTINA (Serbia and Montenegro), November 9 (SeeNews) - A bomb exploded near the headquarters of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) in Pristina, the administrative centre of the U.N.-run Serbian province of Kosovo, local media reported on Wednesday.

The blast occurred shortly after midnight and destroyed a car, Kosovo broadcaster RTK reported.

"No people were injured," Kosovo police spokesman, Refki Morina, told RTK.

The blast was the third explosion near the OSCE building since the beginning of the year. It comes ahead of the start of the U.N-mediated talks on the future status of the ethnically-divided province, expected later this month.
