Text of report by Bosnian Serb news agency SRNA

Banja Luka, 11 March: At Banja Luka's central Krajina Square, someone has placed a bouquet of fresh roses with a ribbon on which is written in Cyrillic: "To the Serbian hero [who fought] for Serbian justice. Slobo [nickname for Slobodan], may your memory live on!" Beside the bouquet there is a lit candle.

The bouquet has been attracting the attention of citizens, many of whom stop to comment on the death of former SRJ [Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, FRY] and Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic.

It is not known who placed the bouquet and lit the candle.
