SERBIAN SOCIALISTS, RADICALS REPORTEDLY STRIKE COALITION DEAL

Belgrade, 14 May: The chairmen of the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) and Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS), Vojislav Kostunica and Ivica Dacic, respectively, have already held a meeting yesterday and reached an agreement on forming a new government, Belgrade daily Politika has said, citing unofficial information.

The paper says the same agreement was signed with Serbian Radical Party deputy chairman Tomislav Nikolic, and amongst other things it was decided that Vojislav Kostunica will the prime minister of the new government.
