BOSNIAN CROAT RIGHTISTS URGE ASHDOWN TO ABOLISH SERB ENTITY

Mostar, 3 December: The Croatian Party of Rights (HSP) has called on Bosnia-Hercegovina
High Representative Paddy Ashdown to abolish the (Bosnian) Serb Republic (RS) if
Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic are not arrested by 9 December NATO summit.
A HSP statement issued in Mostar says that "the cause of all evil in Bosnia-Hercegovina
are Greater Serbian aggression and its ideologist Radovan Karadzic".
The HSP says that "the Serbian-Chetnik (WW2 Serbian Royalists) aggression on
Bosnia-Hercegovina" was also the cause of the Croatian-Bosniak (Muslim) war
because, the statement says, "at the root of that war was a great deluge of
Bosniak refugees who were expelled by the Serb aggressors and found new homes in
central Bosnia".
The HPS statement welcomes the Hague tribunal's decision to free Mario Cerkez
(who was sentenced to 15 years in prison for, among other things, the massacre
of Bosnian Muslims in Ahmici in central Bosnia), wartime commander of the
valiant HVO (Croatian Defence Army) brigade.
"With the help of the media and connections in the Islamic world, the Bosniaks
have imposed the image of themselves as the only victims of the (1992-1995) war
in Bosnia-Hercegovina, while at the same time diminishing and keeping silent
about their own (war) crimes and criminals," the HSP statement says.
