UNMIK customs prevent shipment of humanitarian aid for Serbian Orthodox Church

19:27 GRACANICA , Jan 6 (Tanjug) - Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) Bishop Artemije of Raska and Prizren on Tuesday sent an open letter to United Nations Kosovo-Metohija mission UNMIK chief Harri Holkeri, pointing out to him that the UNMIK customs are openly violating human rights and discriminating against Serbs.

UNMIK customs prevented humanitarian for the SPC in the province from reaching its destination - it was a shipment of heating oil for the SPC Eparchy in Prizren and the Medieval Gracanica Monastery, the letter said.
