20:02 PODGORICA , Jan 9 (Tanjug) - The signing of a petition for the
ethnic regionalization of Montenegro's territory started in the territory of
mostly ethnic Albanian-populated settlement of Malesija near Podgorica on
Friday.
This issue was raised in the expectation of preparations for amending the
Montenegrin Constitutions, Nik Djelosaj, who is among those who made the
initiative for signing the petition, has said.
