15:25 GRACANICA , March 10 (Tanjug) - A member of the Povratak coalition and the
Serb National Council of Central Kosovo, Rada Trajkovic, told Tanjug on Monday
that UNMIK chief Michael Steiner, in agreement with the ethnic Albanian
transitional government of the province, is preparing a decree which will
legalize the KLA.
Trajkovic called on all Serb deputies to withdraw from Kosovo institutions.
