asks Constitutional Court to lift state of emergency in Serbia
18:25 BELGRADE , Mar 17 (Tanjug) - Serbian Radical Party (SRS) asked
Monday the Serbian Constitutional Court to lift the state of emergency as soon
as possible.
The proclamation of the state of emergency was an anti-constitutional and
illegal decision for which there was no justification, as the state institutions
and regular legal instruments are sufficient for bringing the murderers of
Serbian Premier Zoran Djindjic to justice, the SRS said in a statement.
