17:38 PRISTINA , March 25 (Tanjug) - NATO public relations director Jamie Shay said during a visit to Pristina and talks with Kosovo officials, that the Serb forces would not return to Kosovo, nor would it be divided.

I guarantee and NATO guarantees this will not happen, said Shay who was the NATO spokesman during the bombing of Yugoslavia. On Monday Shay took part in commemorations of the fourth anniversary of the start of the NATO intervention on Yugoslavia.

Editorial note from www.slobodan-milosevic.org: Annex II, Article 6 of UNSC Resolution 1244 guarantees that Serb and Yugoslav forces will be permitted to return to Kosovo to perform various functions. Mr. Shay's statements prove that NATO negotiated the ceasefire outlined by Resolution 1244 in bad faith.
