Milosevic denies he
refused to take medication

17:41 THE HAGUE , March 31 (Tanjug) - Former
Yugoslav president Slobodan Milosevic dismissed on Monday before the Tribunal in
The Hague as an "outright lie" and "malicious interpretation" the claim made by
prosecutor Geoffrey Nice that he refused to take the medication prescribed by
the prison doctor with the intention of avoiding further trial, and said that
after his therapy change his blood pressure was regulated.
"It is an outright lie that I refused to take the medication prescribed by the
prison doctor," Milosevic said, underlining that the medication had made him
dizzy and gave him insomnia.
