Hague Tribunal prepares indictments against former head of Serbia's state security service

18:53 BELGRADE , April 6 (Tanjug) - The Hague Tribunal is preparing indictments against former head of the FR Yugoslavia's State security service Jovica Stanisic and commander of the special units Red Berets Franko Simatovic, it was announced by unidentified sources at the Tribunal on Sunday.

SCG Foreign Minister Goran Svilanovic confirmed in a live broadcast by the Belgrade TV Studio B on Sunday that the two men will be extradited to the Tribunal if indicted.
