16:31 NIS , April 6 (Tanjug) - The Kosovo Democratic Initiative (KDI), an
Albanian party active in Nis, proposed on Tuesday that the Ministry for Human
and Minority Rights of Serbia and Montenegro be entrusted to representatives of
the Albanian minority.
A statement issued by that political organisation said that KDI leader Faik
Jasari informed about the initiative state union parliament president Zoran Sami.
