B-104 denies his previous statement that Milosevic issued orders to Simatovic

18:25 THE HAGUE , April 9 (Tanjug) - During cross-examination at the trial of former Yugoslav president Slobodan Milosevic on Wednesday, the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) protected witness marked as B-104 denied his previous statement that Milosevic had personally issued orders to former head of the Serbian State Security intelligence service Frank Simatovic Frenki during Yugoslav Army operations around Srebrenica in early 1993.

The former member of the Yugoslav Army's 712th anti-armour helicopter squadron from Nis spoke about the participation of Yugoslav Army units in these operations and gave confused answers during the defendant's cross-examination, reiterating that he did not remember or had not personally seen many of the facts and data made in his previous testimonies.
