17:09 PODGORICA - Serbian Deputy Premier Nebojsa Covic, who is also the head of the Kosovo-Metohija Coordination Center, said Sunday that UNMIK chief Michael Steiner "has for a long time been a factor for creating problems" in Serbia's southern province, "rather then resolving them".

"Steiner has always deemed his personal marketing as more important than the life and problems of the inhabitants of Kosovo-Metohija," Covic said in an interview to Podgorica daily Dan.
