Seselj will not accept stand-by lawyer, SRS

13:12 BELGRADE - The Serbian Radical Party (SRS) stated on Wednesday that its leader Vojislav Seselj at the trial before the Tribunal in The Hague will not at any price accept a so-called stand-by lawyer that would be appointed by the court.

"Seselj will submit a complaint to the hearing council of the Tribunal, and if the complaint is rejected, Seselj is ready to go on a hunger strike, just as he did when he was in prison in Zenica. He is even ready to die, but he will not accept a false defense lawyer," SRS said.
