Serb home in central Kosovo torched, demolished

20:05 LIPLJAN , May 21 (Tanjug) - Unidentified attackers set fire to and demolished the home of a Serb woman Plavojka Kostic in Lipljan, about 20 km south of Pristina. Her son Milos told Tanjug that when he and his mother returned from a visit to Kosovska Mitrovica Friday morning, they found the bedroom filled with smoke and the rest of the house demolished.

Fire was obviously set in the bedroom, Kostic said, adding that neither KFOR nor the Kosovo police reacted in time. The police arrived Friday at 5 pm, made a report and left, he said.
