11:55 KOSOVSKA MITROVICA - The Albanian
National Army (ANA) currently has about 700-800 armed members, mostly deployed
in eastern Kosovo and Metohija, on the fringes of Mt Sar, in southern Serbia
proper, and Montenegro, the Kosovska Mitrovica daily Jedinstvo has said.
The direct commanders of this organization are Hashim Taci and Ramush Haradinay,
and the chief headquarters in Kosovo are in Kosovska Kamenica and Gnjilane, to
facilitate coordination of terrorist actions in southern Serbia proper and the
province's north, Jedinstvo said.
