Rexhepi says will not attend Vienna talks on Tuesday

20:53 PRISTINA - Kosovo-Metohija Prime Minister Bairam Rexhepi said on Sunday evening that he will not go to Vienna on Oct 14 for the onset of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, explaining that he will attend talks when he is ready and not when he is forced to do so.

"The people of Kosovo should decide when, how and where we can negotiate with Belgrade," he said in a statement carried by electronic media in Pristina, saying he will agree to a dialogue only then.
