15:30 BELGRADE - Serbian Deputy Premier and head of the Kosovo-Metohija coordination centre, Nebojsa Covic, said on Thursdaty that "it could not happen that Kosovo be granted an independence, and that Serbia lost its territory and the Serbian national community lost everything."

"I do not think that this could happen, since the modification of border lines means a modification of border lines in the region. The one who thinks of proclaiming the independence of Kosovo-Metohija, should think of a broader effect this would have in the region, Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina," Covic warned at a press conference of the coordination centre, while speaking of the Kosovo issue.
