Pelevic, Risticevic for suspension of privatization till elections

19:24 BELGRADE - Coalition "For People's Unity - Borislav Pelevic and Marijan Risticevic" assessed on Saturday that till the holding of the early parliamentary elections, scheduled for December 28, privatization should be suspended, "so that there cannot be a sell off of Serbian firms overshadowed by the election campaign."

The coalition statement said that the current authorities were trying "while people are preoccupied with the elections, to sell for next to nothing some firms, such as the cable plant in Jagodina.
