10:06 BELGRADE , Dec 31 (Tanjug) - Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS)
President Vojislav Kostunica has said in a statement published by Blic that in
order to form a coalition government it is necessary to carry out consultations,
and only then to make a decision on forming the government, underlining that
this decision has to be made by the corresponding party organs.
When asked whether the DSS will accept the offer made by the Serbian Radical
Party to form a government and whether the DSS will have consultations with the
Radicals, Kostunica did not give a straight answer, but underlined that the
constitution of the parliament will be discussed first with everyone.
